We take your data
Reservations, customers, rate cards, vehicles and drivers out of your current system. Part of your setup fee, scoped up front. You send us what your system exports; you do not map a single column.
You run both for two weeks
Your old system stays live and paid for. Nothing is switched off until you have watched a full week of real work land correctly here, with your drivers on the app and your money in your account.
You keep your processor
Your merchant account moves across as an integration. Your negotiated rate does not change because your software did. If you have never negotiated one, we will show you what to ask for.

Nothing lands until the numbers agree.
Extract
Your exports are uploaded in chunks and read against a profile for your system — date format, time zone, status codes, vehicle types. The second file from the same system needs no re-mapping.
Adapt
Every record is translated into one exchange model — party, driver, unit, reservation, zone, rate — and carries its source id, so a re-run updates rather than duplicates.
Reconcile
File counts against platform counts, entity by entity, before anything is committed. A mismatch is a rejection with a reason, not a silent skip.
Undo
Every import can be reversed as a unit. Money is never marked collected by an import — a completed trip in your old system arrives here as completed, and stays out of the capture path.

The platform runs on your own WordPress, and plenty of operators keep it that way. If you would rather not think about servers, backups and updates, we will host it for you. Two ways in, one price, and the site is still yours — the whole thing exports the day you ask.

We copy your site as it stands — pages, photography, theme, forms, search ranking — onto our hosting, install the platform beside it, and point your domain when you say. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing changes for your guests. Your old host is switched off after you have watched the new one run for a week.

Start fresh on a site we build
A clean WordPress site built for a chauffeured operator: your name, your fleet, your service area, booking in the header, the driver app under your domain, the passenger pages already wired. You get the keys on day one and can edit any of it. If you want a full custom design on top, that is quoted separately and never required.

Self-hosting stays the default and always will; hosting is an option, not a lock-in. If you host with us and later want to run it yourself, we hand over a complete copy and help you stand it up.
