Three tiers. Month to month, every feature in every tier.
Every feature ships to every tier, and every feature we build next ships to every tier too. The only thing that changes with fleet size is the number.
- Every module
- Unlimited users and drivers
- Your merchant account
- Migration inside the setup fee

- Every module
- Unlimited users and drivers
- Your merchant account
- Migration inside the setup fee
- Everything included at every tier — there is no upgrade path to buy
- One setup and onboarding fee, scoped to your implementation — the size of the fleet, what has to migrate, whether the site moves — and quoted in writing after the walkthrough
- No per-trip fee, ever
- Your own merchant account, at your own negotiated rate — we never take a share of your volume
- Month to month. Leave with a full export the day you want to
- Migration is part of setup, not a separate project
If it exists, it ships to you.
And if it does not exist yet, it ships to you the week it does. There is no module we hold back for a bigger tier.

What you pay us is the software line. Nothing else.
Processing is yours
Stripe runs on your merchant account, at the rate you negotiate. Accounts that settle by bank debit pay 0.8% capped at $5. We see none of it and take none of it.
Growth is a tier, not a project
Pass twenty-five vehicles and you move up at the next month. No re-implementation, no new modules to buy, no per-seat fees. Shrinking works the same way in the other direction.
The monthly price is the whole monthly price
The passenger pages, the driver app, messaging, aliases, every importer and every future module are in the tier. Setup and onboarding is one quoted amount at the start, sized to your implementation; after that the tier is all you pay us. We would rather be simple than clever.
Keep your site where it is, or let us run it.
The platform runs on your own WordPress, and plenty of operators keep it that way. If you would rather not think about servers, backups and updates, we will host it for you. Two ways in, one price, and the site is still yours — the whole thing exports the day you ask.
Move your site to us
We copy your site as it stands — pages, photography, theme, forms, search ranking — onto our hosting, install the platform beside it, and point your domain when you say. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing changes for your guests. Your old host is switched off after you have watched the new one run for a week.
- Same site, same address — guests never notice the move
- Backups, updates and security handled, with a changelog you can read
- Staging copy so a change can be tried before it is live
Start fresh on a site we build
A clean WordPress site built for a chauffeured operator: your name, your fleet, your service area, booking in the header, the driver app under your domain, the passenger pages already wired. You get the keys on day one and can edit any of it. If you want a full custom design on top, that is quoted separately and never required.
- A starter site in your brand, live within the switch fortnight
- Your domain moved or pointed — we handle the DNS with you
- Room to grow — add pages, a blog, a tour catalogue whenever you like
Self-hosting stays the default and always will; hosting is an option, not a lock-in. If you host with us and later want to run it yourself, we hand over a complete copy and help you stand it up.
The honest answers.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. There is no minimum term and no early-exit fee. If you leave, you take a full export of everything.
Do you make money on my card processing?
No. Payments run through Stripe on your own merchant account at the rate you negotiate. We do not see the volume, we do not take a share, and you can change processors without changing software.
What does setup and migration cost?
One setup and onboarding fee, quoted after the walkthrough and sized to the scope — how many vehicles and drivers, what has to come across from your current system, whether your site moves. It is in writing before anything starts and it does not change. Migration is inside it, not on top of it. We take the exports from your current system and land them here through a reconciliation gate — file counts against platform counts — with an undo. You run both systems for two weeks before anything is switched off.
What happens when I grow past my tier?
You move up a tier at the next month. Nothing else changes.
Hosted or self-hosted?
Either. It runs on your own WordPress and server, which is also the stronger independence story — or we host it for you, for a flat monthly amount, and either move the site you have or build you a fresh one. You can change your mind in either direction and take the whole site with you.
What about GNet and farm-outs?
Built to the GRiDD specification and awaiting certification credentials. Until it is certified we describe it as built and pending, not live.
Who is behind this?
An independent software company in the Colorado mountains. We only make software: we run no cars, we take no share of your volume, and we will never be your competitor. The platform is built for chauffeured ground transport and nothing else.
Thirty minutes with your own numbers.
Trip count, average fare, processing statement. We show you what it looks like here — including if the honest answer is that you are fine where you are.
