Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains how Driven AIO ("Driven AIO", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit drivenaio.com, request a quote, make a booking, or travel with us.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and, if you book for a company, its name.
Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger count, flight numbers, luggage, and any notes or special requests.
Account details, if you create an account: your login, saved addresses and booking history.
Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Communications: messages, emails and texts between you and us.
Technical information collected automatically when you use the website, such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, and information from cookies (see below).

How we use it

To answer quote requests, confirm and carry out bookings, and assign a chauffeur and vehicle.
To send confirmations, reminders, receipts and trip updates by email or text message.
To track flights for airport pickups and adjust for delays.
To take payment, issue refunds and keep financial records.
To run, secure and improve the website and our service.
To send occasional offers, only where you have agreed or the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To meet legal, tax, insurance and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

Chauffeurs, and partner transportation companies when a trip is carried out by one of our affiliates, who receive the details needed to complete your trip.
Service providers who work on our behalf: payment processing, email and text message delivery, mapping and address lookup, flight tracking, website hosting, and analytics.
Authorities, insurers or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember what you entered in a booking or quote form, understand how the site is used, and — where enabled — measure whether our emails are opened. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site, such as signing in, may then not work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Quote requests that do not become bookings, and marketing preferences, are kept only as long as they are useful or until you ask us to delete them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the website. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. You can update most account details yourself after signing in. For anything else, contact us using the details below; we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in each one, and out of text messages by replying STOP. Trip confirmations and service messages may still be sent while you have a booking with us.

Children

Our website and booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
